		Newsletter	Help newsletter editor – writing articles, etc.
		Programs	Helps chairperson to contact and acquire speakers for chapter meetings, or helping to welcome and escort speakers.
		New Member Mentor	Greets new members and mentors for the first few months re: chapter programs, etc.
		Retreat	Help with IRWA annual retreat.
